FIX: Template Wizard Does Not Work in Localized Versions

SYMPTOMS

The Template Page Wizard does not work in localized versions of the product. When you add a template item to your project, the following error may occur:

Object variable or with block variable not set

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
