When you configure the e-mail or fax status report features of the Server Status tool, when you press F1 for help the following error message may be displayed:
Cannot find the C:\SmallBusiness\vaprpt.HLP file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?
This behavior occurs because the Server Status tool does not support Windows Help.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BackOffice Small Business Server 4.5.
