Consider the following scenario:
On a computer that is running Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, you install the Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. You set the value that appears in the RemoveConferenceCall registry key to 1. This disables the Schedule a Conference Call button.

Modify the RemoveConferenceCall registry key, to do this, follow these steps: Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Exit Office Outlook. Start Registry Editor: In Windows Vista, click Start , type Collapse this image Expand this image regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. If you are prompted for an Administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Collapse this image Expand this image Continue. In Windows XP, click Start, click Run,
type regedit, and then click
OK. Locate and then select the following registry sub key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Live Meeting\Addins Note Use this sub key for x86-based systems. If you are running an x64-based system, locate and then select the following sub key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Live Meeting\Addins After you select the sub key that is specified in step c, point to New on the Edit menu, and then click DWORD Value. Type RemoveConferenceCall, and then press ENTER. Right-click RemoveConferenceCall, and then click Modify. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. On the File menu, click Exit to close Registry Editor.
