Custom Icons are not displayed from the VSTO XML manifest

Consider the following scenario. You create a form region in Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Office (VSTO) 2008. In the manifest, you specify custom default icons for Outlook items that use your form region. In this scenario, the icons are not displayed in Outlook's folder list. Although customers have experienced this problem, Microsoft cannot reproduce this issue. If you encounter this issue, please contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support so that we can investigate further.
