WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, save your broadcast files to the UNC path of your server, and then change the invitation e-mail to have the correct URL address for the Web site on that server.

How to Change an Address in Microsoft Outlook

1.Type in the UNC address to the server in the Server Options dialog box.
2.Click OK.
3.Click the Schedule Broadcast button.
4.When the schedule request e-mail appears, you can edit the URL text from
'file:///\\servername\sharename\filename.htm'
to
'http://Webserver/sharename/filename.htm'
