Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2008 R2 fix release. On This PageSYMPTOMSYou have a SharePoint farm that contains two or more PowerPivot servers in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services. However, the PowerPivot workbooks are always loaded on the PowerPivot server that is last installed in the farm. You expect the workbook to be loaded in the PowerPivot server that has the most RAM available. This issue occurs either when you use the default round-robin or the server health allocation for the PowerPivot servers. Additionally, this issue occurs even when other PowerPivot servers have more free memory. For example, consider the following scenario:
