You cannot use the CTRL+ALT+DELETE command to unlock a computer that you are connected to through a Remote Assistance session. This functionality is intended to increase security and to prevent computers from being unlocked remotely after a Remote Assistance session has been established.
This behavior is by design. A Remote Assistance session requires that the recipient of the session be present to accept the request. If the computer is locked or logged off, you cannot connect to that computer through a Remote Assistance session.
However, you can lock a computer while you are connected to it through a Remote Assistance session. For example, if the user walks away after a Remote Assistance session has been established, you can lock the remote computer by running the following command:
