SYMPTOMS

The Microsoft.Exchange.IMAP4.exe process crashes when an IMAP4 client retrieves a meeting request that includes exception attachments in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log:

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
