SYMPTOMS

The User-Agent header in the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) request that is sent by Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 R2 Group Chat Admin Tool is not unique and clear enough. This makes it difficult to differentiate this header from the header in the SIP request that is sent by the OCS 2007 R2 Group Chat Client console.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:
