Known issues

After you install this update on a computer that is running Microsoft Office 2003 and the Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats, you may receive an error message that resembles the following when you try to when open a file that was saved by using Information Rights Management (IRM):

Additionally, you may not have the option to uninstall this security update from the Add or Remove Programs item or the Programs and Features item in Control Panel. There are several possible causes for this issue.
