More Information

Usually the below registry key/value is updated to disable items in the user interface using group policy, using the following registry data:

For Outlook 2010:
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\DisabledCmdBarItemsList

For Outlook 2013:
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\DisabledCmdBarItemsList

String: TCIDx  (where x is an integer)
Value: command bar value from the workbook available via the following Microsoft Download link:

Office 2010 Help Files: Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers

However, this does not disable the items mentioned in the Symptom and Cause sections here.
