SYMPTOMS

Inetinfo.exe may stop running when Outlook Web Access attempts to establish an anonymous Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) connection to the directory.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Outlook Web Access version 5.5.
This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3.
