Windows Ribbon is not displayed correctly in an application that uses the /largeaddressaware option on a computer that is running Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008

You run a 32-bit application that uses the Windows Ribbon and that uses the /largeaddressaware option on a computer that is running Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. For example, you run Windows Live Movie Maker. However, Windows Ribbon is not displayed correctly and the application does not work as expected.
Note: To use Windows Ribbon in Windows Vista, you must install the Platform Update for Windows Vista. To use Windows Ribbon in Windows Server 2008, you must install the Platform Update for Windows Server 2008.
