SYMPTOMSAfter Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router encounters an issue, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router cannot resume to process email messages. Therefore, outgoing e-mail messages cannot be sent and incoming e-mail messages cannot be received. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Systemstate.xml file is corrupted or locked. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
