SYMPTOMS

After Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router encounters an issue, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 E-mail Router cannot resume to process email messages. Therefore, outgoing e-mail messages cannot be sent and incoming e-mail messages cannot be received.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the Systemstate.xml file is corrupted or locked.

RESOLUTION
