When you start Microsoft FrontPage 2000, the following error message appears:
Cannot load OLEAUT32.DLL.

The problem occurs when the following steps are taken:

Give Read and Read & Execute permissions to the Windows NT user group Everyone for the file Oleaut32.dll. NOTE: The Access Control List (ACL) editor is modified after installing the Security Configuration Manager for Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.
