SYMPTOMS

When you send a message through an X.400 Connector, and you select the "Remote Clients Support MAPI" check box and clear the "Allow MS Exchange content" check box, the recipient may receive altered characters in the display names if they originally contain extended characters. Both originator and recipient display names are affected.

Example: André as display name of recipient will arrive as Andr'e.
