SYMPTOMSAssume that you run a mail merge process in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. When you finish the mail merge process by using the Edit Individual Documents option, Microsoft Outlook crashes. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
