Outlook crashes when you finish a mail merge process by using the Edit Individual Documents option in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook

Assume that you run a mail merge process in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. When you finish the mail merge process by using the Edit Individual Documents option, Microsoft Outlook crashes.
