When you install the Microsoft Digital Sound System 80 (DSS80), you may want to increase the distance between the satellite speakers to improve stereo separation.
This article describes the cable types you must use to separate the speakers by a distance greater than the length of the speaker cables.
The following table lists the cable type you must use for each speaker to increase the distance between the satellite speakers.
