ACC2000: Switchboard Manager Does Not Appear on Add-Ins Submenu as Expected

The following Microsoft Access 2000 Help topics

have one of the following statements in the first few steps of the instructions:

• If you created the switchboard by using the Switchboard Manager, click Add-Ins on the Tools menu, and then click Switchboard Manager.
  
  -or-
• On the Tools menu, point to Add-Ins, and then click Switchboard Manager.

This information is not correct. The Switchboard Manager does not appear on the Add-Ins submenu on the Tools menu as it does in earlier versions of Microsoft Access.

The Switchboard Manager now appears on the Database Utilities submenu on the Tools menu. To start the Switchboard Manager:

1. On the Tools menu, point to Database Utilities.
2. Click Switchboard Manager.

The following utilities, located on the Add-Ins submenu in earlier versions, have also been moved to the Database Utilities submenu in Microsoft Access 2000:

• The Linked Table Manager
• The Database Splitter
• The Upsizing Wizard
