當您嘗試在 Internet Explorer 中使用 [網頁, 完整 (*.htm;*.html)] 或 [網頁封存, 單一檔案 (*.mht)] 選項儲存網頁時，可能會收到下列錯誤訊息：

發生的原因

當您嘗試儲存使用 Excel 2000 或 Excel 2003 所建立的網頁時，就可能發生這個問題。 這個問題的發生原因可能是下列其中之一：
  • 網頁包含 Internet Explorer 無法使用所選格式儲存的程式碼。例如，您無法使用「網頁封存, 單一檔案」的格式儲存 Msn.com，而包含多個 HTML 格式工作表的 Excel 2000 或 Excel 2003 活頁簿，則無法使用「網頁, 完整」或「網頁封存, 單一檔案」的格式進行儲存。
  • 您選取了「網頁封存, 單一檔案」格式，但磁碟空間不足，無法儲存檔案。

解決方案

如果要避免這個問題，請在 Internet Explorer 中使用其他「另存新檔」的格式儲存網頁。如果您正在嘗試儲存包含多個 HTML 格式工作表的 Excel 2000 活頁簿，請使用 Excel 2000 或 Excel 2003 開啟此 HTML 文件並加以儲存。
