Opening and closing a modal dialog box in a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client session leaks memory. You can cause the system to eventually run out of memory by repeatedly opening and closing modal dialog boxes.
CAUSE
Opening a dialog box allocates memory and sets some variables, which causes the close operation to skip the logic to free memory.
