SYMPTOMS

When you display properties of a hyperlink on a Web page and then try to copy a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address, the URL address may not be copied.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you press CTRL+C to copy the URL address.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, right-click the URL address, and then click Copy.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
