In the Code Librarian, if you already have a code library file open and you then try to open a file that is not a code library file, you first receive the following error message:
Invalid database format.
Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3709 Error:The application requested an operation on an object with a reference to a closed or invalid Connection object.
Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3704 Error:The operation requested by the application is not allowed if the object is closed.

Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3265 Error:ADO could not find the object in the collection corresponding to the name or ordinal reference requested by the application. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Developer Service Release 1 (SR-1).

To temporarily work around this problem, if you receive the error messages described in the "Symptoms" section, you must force the Code Librarian to quit. To do so, follow these steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 Developer SR-1.
