When you try to open the Codelib.mdb file in Code Librarian from a read-only share, you may receive the following error message:
Invalid database format.
Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3709 Error:Operation is not allowed on an object referencing a closed or invalid connection.
Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3704 Error:Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.

Code Librarian Assert: Module:modMain Sub:AddSubNodes Err:3265 Error:Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Developer Service Release 1 (SR-1).

To temporarily work around this problem, move the Codelib.mdb file to your local computer or to a share that is not read-only.If you receive the error messages described in the "Symptoms" section, you must force Code Librarian to quit. To do so, follow these steps:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 Developer SR-1.
