Tabbing Problem in Java Dialog Box

When you attempt to move from one control to another with the TAB key in a Java program running in Internet Explorer 5, the Address box in Internet Explorer becomes the active control instead of the next control in the Java program.

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next version of Internet Explorer that contains this hotfix.
