SYMPTOMSAssume that you log on to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Web client on a computer on which you run some instances of Windows Internet Explorer. When you try to create a new record from a lookup form, you are prompted to log on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Web client again unexpectedly. This problem occurs when you run any of the following versions of Internet Explorer:
