To open the HRP Suite Versions window, follow these steps:

Prerequisites
Before you apply this service pack, you must follow these steps:

Perform a Microsoft SQL Server database backup of all the Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 databases.

Back up all the modified dictionary files. This includes the following files and may also include other files:

Forms.dic

Have all users exit Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0.
Removal information
You cannot remove this service pack.
Restart information
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this service pack.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
