When you try to create or run a query, you may receive one or more of the following error messages. In Microsoft Windows 95 or 98, you may receive an error similar to the following:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in MSJET35.DLL at 015f:040371dd.
After you close the first error message, you may see an error similar to:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in SSSCC.DLL at 015f:60567702.
In Microsoft Windows NT, you may receive an error similar to the following:
An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated. MSACCESS.exe Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x040371dd In Microsoft Windows 2000, you may receive an error similar to the following:
MSACCESS.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created. CAUSE
You created a query in which the only character in the Criteria row is one or more question marks (?).
RESOLUTION
