In any of the Microsoft Office 2000 programs, when you ask the Office Assistant for help, clicking any of the topics presented does not start Help.
CAUSE
This problem can occur when both of the following are true:

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

To temporarily work around this problem, follow these steps to turn off the Auto Hide feature of the toolbars:

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
