When you start Vizact 2000, you may receive the following error message:
Certain components required to run Vizact are missing or corrupt. Please try reinstalling Vizact.
CAUSE
This behavior can be caused by one of the following problems:

To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods, depending on your situation.
Method 1: Install Internet Explorer 5To install Internet Explorer 5, visit the following Microsoft Web site and follow the instructions for installing Internet Explorer 5:Internet Explorer Home Page

IMPORTANT: If you are running Windows 98 Second Edition, you may not be able to reinstall Internet Explorer because you may already be running the latest version. In this case, you must use the repair method (Method 3) or you must use the Windows 98 System File Checker to repair your system. For more information about doing this, see Method 5.
