Update Rollup 13 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. MORE INFORMATIONAn email message that is detected to be IRM protected is promoted to Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a blank email activity. Additionally, the original email message is attached to the email activity as an attachment. Note The email message is promoted as a .msg attachment that must have the subject of the email message as a prefix. Without the subject, the .msg attachment is unrecognizable. Therefore, if the subject of the email message is blank, the attachment is not valid.
