MORE INFORMATIONWarning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. To add the Encrypt/Decrypt command to the shortcut menu that appears when you right-click a file or folder, use Registry Editor to create a REG_DWORD value that is named EncryptionContextMenu with a data value of 1 in the following key in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
After you make this change, restart the computer.
