RESOLUTION

If this is happening to one of the six Team Folders templates that comes with Outlook 2000 Team Folders, rerun the Team Folders Wizard setup to fix the problem.

If this problem is occurring with a customized Team Folders template, make sure the AppPath value is correctly defined in the registry and that the files for the template are in the folder defined in the AppPath value. This value can be found at the following location in the registry
HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\ Microsoft.OLTeamFolderWizard\<language id>\<teamfolder type>
where <language id> is the numeric designation for Office Language installation folder and <teamfolder type> designates Team Folder types. For example, the <language id> for U.S English is 1033. Examples of <teamfolder type> as seen in the above registry key are Team Tasks, Team Calendar and Discussion.
