SYMPTOMS

When you use Windows Photo Gallery to preview images in Windows Vista, you may see a blank screen without an indication of an error.

Note Windows Photo Gallery is the default application for previewing images.

To fix this problem, locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11 D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}\<number>
Then, set the ICMProfiles registry value to sRGB Color Space Profile.icm for each number that is found in the registry subkey.
