SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade to NetMeeting 3.0 or 3.01, the advanced camera controls in NetMeeting may be unavailable. This problem may also occur when you upgrade to Windows 98 Second Edition, because it includes NetMeeting 3.0.

When you click Options on the Tools menu, click the Video tab, click Source, and then click Camera Controls, all of the advanced camera settings may be unavailable. These settings include Zoom, Focus, Exposure, Iris, Tilt, Pan, and Roll.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using a Kodak Universal Serial Bus (USB) DVC323 digital video camera.

NetMeeting queries the Kodak driver to determine which functions it supports and does not detect the advanced functions listed above.

NOTE: The updated drivers on the Kodak Web site (http://wwwcn.kodak.com/CN/zh-cn/consumer/consumer_home.jhtml (http://wwwcn.kodak.com/CN/zh-cn/consumer/consumer_home.jhtml) ) do not resolve this issue.
