發生的原因

如果 Ratings.pol 檔案已受到損毀或破壞，或者在 C:\Windows 資料夾中有另一個 Ratings.pol 檔案，就會產生這種結果。

解決方案

若要解決這個問題，請建立新的 Ratings.pol 檔案：
  1. 結束 Internet Explorer。
  2. 檢查 Windows\System 資料夾中是否存在 Ratings.pol 檔案。

    注意：您必須能夠檢視隱藏檔，才能看到 Ratings.pol 檔案。若要在「我的電腦」或「Windows 檔案總管」中檢視隱藏檔，請在「我的電腦」或「Windows 檔案總管」中按一下 [工具] 功能表的 [資料夾選項]，然後按 [檢視] 索引標籤，再按一下 [顯示所有檔案]，然後按 [確定]。

    請注意，在 Windows\System 資料夾中可能沒有 Ratings.pol 檔案。如果沒有 Ratings.pol 檔案，請跳至步驟 3。如果有 Ratings.pol 檔案，請將它更名為 Ratings.old。

    如需有關如何重新命名檔案的詳細資訊，請按一下 [開始]，按 [說明]，再按 [索引] 索引標籤，輸入重新命名，然後按兩下「重新命名檔案」主題。
  3. 啟動 Internet Explorer，按一下 [取消]，關閉錯誤訊息，再按 [工具] 功能表中的 [Internet 選項]。
  4. 按一下 [內容] 索引標籤，再按下 「內容警告器」 區域中的 [設定]。
  5. 輸入監督員密碼，再按 [確定]。
