Calling the SetEntriesInAcl() Function Generates Error Message 87 ("ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER")

When you call the SetEntriesInAcl function you may receive error message 87 ("ERROR_INVALID_PARAMTER"), even though all the parameters are valid and the function should succeed.

This behavior is caused by a regression introduced in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.
