SYMPTOMS

When you try to gain access to Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) files that have been placed in a Microsoft Exchange public folder by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access 5.5, Internet Explorer 5 may stop responding (hang). This problem is specific to Internet Explorer 5.

RESOLUTION
