Consider the following scenario:
This issue occurs because the Live Meeting console of the user in Company A tries to join the Live Meeting through the OCS server of Company A. Instead, it should try to join the meeting through the OCS server of Company B. When the conferencing user account is not reconfigured in Company A, the Live Meeting console of Company A cannot connect the OCS server in Company B.
To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:

To work around this issue, reconfigure the conferencing user account settings in Company A. To do this, remove the value in User Name textbox, the value in Password textbox and the value in URL textbox of live meeting service in Live Meeting user accounts console.
