you are prompted to either agree or disagree to the terms of the End User License
Agreement (EULA). The Yes and No buttons may not appear in the End User License
Agreement dialog box, and you cannot continue with the download procedure. CAUSE This problem occurs if you are using Internet Explorer Accessibility and Font
settings. If you use these settings, the text in the EULA may be too large to be displayed completely in the dialog box. This problem may also occur if
the Style Sheets functionality is not turned on in Internet Explorer. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, change the Accessibility settings or change the Font settings. To change the Accessibility settings:
