SYMPTOMS

If you are using English language versions of either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange Client, you may receive a message if you have exceeded your mailbox limit. An excerpt of this message is shown below:

Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is xxx KB.

This message is localized for Czech language versions of Outlook and Exchange Client. However, the text does not provide the same information as it does in English.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
