Power Options Icon Missing in Control Panel with Terminal Services Enabled

SYMPTOMS

On a Windows 2000-based server with Terminal Services installed, the Power Options icon is not visible in Control Panel in a Terminal Services client session. The icon is visible if you log on to the Terminal Services server itself.
