When you install Site Server 3.0 or Site Server 3.0, Commerce Edition on a computer running Windows 2000, the Setup program stops responding if you open any of the documentation that is linked to from the Setup window.
Note: This only occurs on the original versions of Site Server 3.0 and Site Server 3.0, Commerce Edition that were shipped on compact disc.

To view the documentation when the Setup program stops responding, perform the following steps:
| 1. | Use the Task Manager to end the CD Browser application. |
| 2. | Manually browse the corresponding file on the compact disc. |
