SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to add the File and Print Sharing service to your network configuration and the only components that are currently installed are a dial-up adapter and the TCP/IP protocol, you may receive the following error message after the file copy phase when you click Yes to restart your computer:
A Fatal Exception 0E has occurred at 0028:XXXXXXXX in VXD VSERVER(01)
+ XXXXXXXX. Current application will be terminated.
* Press any key to terminate the current application.
* Press Ctrl + Alt + Del again to restart your computer. You will lose any unsaved information in all applications.
