SYMPTOMS

If you run the Accessibility Wizard, select only the Disable Personalized Menus check box, and then continue for two more pages, you receive the following message:
No Options Selected

You did not select any options.

You did not select any areas to configure. Click Back to return to the options page or click Next to continue.

RESOLUTION

Personalized menus are disabled even though you receive the message listed above. You can either continue through the wizard, or cancel the wizard and click to clear the Use Personalized Menus check box in the properties for the taskbar.

If you use the wizard, it states: "No changes have been made." Despite this, the personalized menus are turned off.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
