exists, or print a document from Microsoft Works Word Processor, you may
receive the following error message: Wkswp caused an
invalid page fault in module Kernel32.dll. CAUSE This issue can occur if the printer driver installed on
your computer is damaged or outdated. Or, Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer is installed
on your system.
RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, obtain the latest printer driver for
your printer from your printer manufacturer. Typically, you can obtain the
latest printer driver from the printer manufacturer's Web site. NOTE: Microsoft recommends that you look for updated printer drivers at your printer manufacturer's Web site on a regular basis. Printer manufacturers typically release new drivers for their printers every six months. To work around this issue, use a different default printer driver than your current default printer driver when you run Works. To do this:
