Enterprise Manager may return the SQL Distributed Management Objects (DMO) error 20524 when generating database scripts:
Error 20524:[SQL-DMO] ScriptMode specified as ToFileOnly, but no filename specified -- recheck parameters.
This behavior has been observed when choosing these scripting options:
  1. Script database users and database roles.
  2. Create one file per object.

Generate the entire script to a single file.
