INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

  • When a Microsoft Office Excel 2007 workbook contains a formula that uses implicit intersection, and the formula also contains a relative cell reference, Office Excel 2007 becomes unstable.
  • You save an .odc file that has a connection to an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) server in Office Excel 2007. Then, you open the .odc file again. In this situation, the OLAP server formatting settings are disabled.
  • Assume that you have a sheet that contains a cell formula in Office Excel 2007. The cell formula contains a name reference that has a scope. When you copy the sheet, the cell formula is broken.
  • Assume that you save an Office Excel 2007 workbook as an .xlsx file that has the workbook protection with a password. When you use the Workbooks.Open method that contains a password argument to open the .xlsx file, you receive the following error message:

    Run-time error '1004'
  • In Office Excel 2007, the custom Help file for a custom add-in cannot be invoked correctly in a VBA editor.
  • Office Excel 2007 crashes when you try to update the links in a workbook. Specifically, the links that link to .xlsm or .xslx files containing macros.
