How to Print the Entire List

To print the entire list:

  1. Start Windows Address Book.
  2. On the File menu, click Print.
  3. Under Print range, click All.
  4. Under Print Style, click one of the following options:
    • Memo
    • Business Card
    • Phone List

  5. Click OK.

How to Print Part of the List

To print only part of the list:

  1. Start Windows Address Book.
  2. In the list of contacts, press and hold down the CTRL key as you click to select the contacts that you want to include in the list.
  3. On the File menu, click Print.
  4. Under Print range, click Selection.
  5. Under Print Style, click one of the following options:
    • Memo
    • Business Card
    • Phone List

  6. Click OK.
